“We highly recommend Interiors by Decorating Den. We're thrilled with the results of our dream home in Grandezza. We were amazed how through just a few phone calls and emails, Judy captured a true reflection of our style. She nailed it! Furniture, lighting, windows, accessories, rugs. DDI Announces New Financing Plan
James S. Bugg, Chairman and owner of Decorating Den Interiors (DDI), has decided to make it easier for budding entrepreneurs to own an interior decorating franchise by establishing an unprecedented financing program that will allow qualified individuals to purchase their own interior decorating franchise at a fraction of the cost. According to Bugg, "We have a plan to dominate the home fashions industry and our new financing plan will enable us to reach new heights. Today's banking community has become less and less willing to lend capable candidates the money they need to set up their new businesses, so we had to step in to help."
Dr. Mick Riddiough, Senior Vice President World Wide Development for DDI, has played a key role in establishing this program. "We decided to take charge of the situation and will be lending our candidates up to 76 percent of the initial licensing fee required to buy our franchise", he said.
"Now, a qualified candidate can own his or her own full-service interior decorating franchise for as little as $7,400 down. Even though this is an aggressive move to make, we have proven our 41 year old proven business system to be the best of its kind and we believe in helping qualifying candidates achieve their goals and have the career they've always dreamed of."
DDI also recently announced that the family-owned and operated corporation is making significant changes across the board to accelerate its growth to 10,000 franchises throughout the U.S. and Canada, including revitalizing their Public Relations department, implementing new marketing strategies, and creating new print and social media driven advertising campaigns.
Dr. Riddiough believes that DDI is able to make these kinds of decisions because 2010 retail sales are over the company sales in 2009. "Not many companies can make this statement, but we can. Our new local marketing programs, our system of 400 websites, our new TV and magazine ads, and our low-overhead, home-based business model enable our owners to capture more business without making huge investments in operations and promotion. After 41 years, we know how to make the phone ring and we continue to teach our business owners how to succeed," added Riddiough.
